Mat Pilates
Teacher's Diploma
Come and learn the full Mat Pilates repertoire, including the 34 essential and intermediate Classical Mat Pilates exercises alongside the layers of physiology and anatomy to build the knowledge, confidence, and skill set you need to become a great Pilates teacher.
Our entry level to qualify for a Mat Pilates diploma is a background of 30 hours of Mat Pilates classes.

Reformer Pilates Teacher's Diploma
Our reformer teacher qualification guides you through the 36 Reformer Pilates exercises, the history of Joseph Pilates, and how to work with one-to-one clients and groups, while providing a health and safety guide essential for safe, efficient, and adaptable class plans.
The requirement level for our Reformer Pilates diploma course is a level three Matt work qualification.

Hi, I'm Jen
I'm a former speech and language therapist turned passionate Pilates teacher.
After years of exploring different forms of exercise, Pilates became my anchor - helping me through herniated discs, major surgery, and recovery with strength, confidence, and mindfulness.
Now teaching full-time, I share this transformative practice through inclusive, supportive, and fun classes that blend classical Pilates with dynamic movement. I also founded the Island’s first men-only Pilates group, Men’s Club, fostering strength, mobility, and camaraderie in a relaxed, confidence-building space.
Hi, I'm Emma
I'm a certified STOTT Pilates instructor and former professional dancer. I discovered the power of Pilates while recovering from a long-term neck injury during my 12-year career in TV and Musical Theatre. It gave me the confidence to move again, rebuild my strength, and reconnect with my body.
Since qualifying, I’ve taught in London, Australia, Ibiza, and Mallorca, before returning home to the Isle of Wight to open the island’s first dedicated Reformer Pilates studio.
My mission is to create a welcoming space where people of all backgrounds can experience the transformative benefits of Pilates, with expert guidance, a sense of ease, and a little joy along the way.
